TERMS and CONDITIONS:
Cancellation of advertising before 30 days will result in a fee refund of one
half the total amount paid. A customer may cancel their advertising at any time
after 30 days without refund. Changes in ads will be made free of charge for the
first 30 days and for $10 per change thereafter. Damages, errors,
omissions, other losses or
liabilities related to advertisements or activities on any Origin Advertising,
Inc. web site will be limited to, and will not under any circumstances exceed,
one half the total contracted cost for services by a customer or his/her
representative. Fees are due when listing/services are rendered and active.
Failure to compensate Origin Advertising as scheduled will result in
termination of services. Completion of this advertising contract with Origin Advertising, Inc.
constitutes agreement of the customer/ purchaser to these terms and conditions.
